Additionally those wishing to preserve their video memories on these older formats can take advantage of digital connectivity and ease of use offered by the Sony DCR-TRV480, including Picture Package software. This camcorder features both digital i.LINK IN and OUT, as well as Analog IN and OUT for archiving analog tape recordings. USB provides connectivity to a PC, while Audio IN and OUT ports are ideal for easy dubbing to and from the tape and playing back with TV.Low-level light recording technology is incorporated in the form of Night Shot Plus, which can record in more natural color in low-light environments. The Super NightShot plus function on the Sony DCR-TRV480E uses a slow shutter speed to allow color video under very dark conditions. PS2 - Great ... or not so Great ???
The Playstation 2 has many functions to it, you can get it in Jet Black or you can get it in Silver, which looks much better, but it is very rare to find. I have many games for this console and personally I love it overall! Advantages: lots of good games out, Sleek looking, DVD movie playable - basically good value for money :-) Disadvantages: Xbox's graphic capabilites are superior - Still waiting for hard drive peripheral for PS2. Also there are only two controller ports, compared to the higher rated Xbox. Also the games are quite costly so go figure! The verdict: I would say that the Sony Playstation 2 is a high quality games consule with extraordinary gaming power capible of being achieved. Many people tend to dissagree, but I think that the Sony Playstation 2 is the best games ... good system bad error
this is a great gameing console. It has decent grapichs but doesent win compared to xbox 360 And ps3. I enjoyed playing games such as grand theft auto and other shooters. It was used and i got it from a friend but dont know how old it was. It lasted for about six months or more or less i cant remember exactly. But then i got the disc reading error. That really sucked. BUT NEVER DO THIS: one day i was going to play a game and couldent see that the disc was completly in. it was halfway up and fudged the game up. So i tryed another game and the disc reading error was present. when you press the top down it sould do it to the disc too so it dident mess the fudge up sony should of done better i dont know if it was because of me or that was going to happen.this is a great gameing console. cool system with great graphics,for a great price.
Although this system is last-gen, it still has the staying power to keep up with the newer systems on the market. The graphics rivals even that of the Wii, and looks great on an HD TV. The best thing about the PS2 is it's huge game library and backwards compatibility with Playstation games. Also there are a lot of must have Games on PS2. There are still hundreds of new game titles being made for this system including the same titles you will see on the more expensive systems like xbox 360,Wii and PS3. This will make this system relevant well into the coming years! Always beware used electronics
i had one probably 7 years ago, got rid of it, felt nostalgic, and bought a used one (can you find any other kind now?) about a week ago. the console worked great. the controller it came with was broken. the circle, square, and triangle buttons were unresponsive. fortunately, i was able to pick up a used dualshock 2 controller at a local store for $3.49 (seriously that cheap...) which worked fine. I loved the fact that I got 2 the PS2, 2 controllers, a power cord, 2 memory cards and like 11 decent games, not to mention a Game Shark for only $80! What I liked was the free shipping, although I did order something from Hong Kong after I placed this order, and the Hong Kong order made it to me first... What I did not like was the fact that I did not have the PS2 Audio/Video cord to hook it up to my TV, leaving me to hoof it down to the game store to pick one up. Allthough it was not listed in the contents, I did expect to see one packed with it, because I did not read that it was not included in the posting. Oh well...
