The order arrived super fast. Item is new. Yet, the jar base was broken. From the pictures the seller took before shipping, everything appeared intact, however, from that angle, it was impossible to determine whether it was broken before the shipping or as a result of poor USPS handling.No returns accepted. Ordered the replacement parts, which are in back order. I'm positive the seller did not act in bad faith. USPS claim already filed. As suspected, I can't be happy with the outcome.

Item was brand new sealed undamaged when I sent it. Once it leaves my hand I have no control how the shipper handles/treats the item. I CLEARLY stated in my auction I do not Ship to Puerto Rico due to stuff like this happening, unless buyer pays EXTRA shipping charges. As a courtesy I shipped the item and PAID EXTRA for insurance. I even offered to pay for the damaged pieces, but buyer declined. I learned my lesson here, and should have sold it locally here in the 48 states.....
