    Lifeline ------

    There is a lot of reasons to enjoy this album! I could spend a lot of lines and life to talk about the Lifeline.. but...the most important to me is: these musicians go deep inside to make us fell the different meanings for each song and the Ben´s voice is again sweet and soft as a divine gift. Try it, you´ll fell better to follow walking on ow drawning by yoursel into your own lifeline... Best regards Fabricio

    Ben's last release w/ the Innocent Criminals

    Very subdued release, very introspective and lyrical. One of my favorite Harper tunes of all time is contained on this cd, "Having Wings" is such a lovely song, and the words along with the piano playing in the background makes it one of his best in my opinion. Really this entire cd shines, its a shame that he no longer is backed by this great R & B styled band, but his current new form (more rock) with Relentless 7 is great too! And by the way, check it out also.

    Jewelry, Underwear, Notions, Knicknacks;

    so far as talent goes, Harper ranks somewhere between Maury Povich and The Gong Show; as far as music goes, this crap ranks somewhere between Pia Zadora and Milli Vanilli--you have heard better in the toilet at McDonald's; so far as comedy goes, this guy is hysterical, because his shameless gloaming of Bob Marley to convince some starstruck reviewers he is anything like Bob is like saying the Detroit Lions are like the New England Patriots; if you want something related to music from this charlatan dilletante, throw his CD real fast across a quiet room;

    Great CD

    I love this Ben Harper CD. After listening to older Ben stuff for a few years, it was really nice to add this to my collection.
