    Great camera lacking a live LCD screen

    I bought this product to use to take more professional eBay pictures for my eBay shop. Love the look and feel of the camera - very well made - love the picture quality and easy to use settings. Don't like the fact that it doesn't have a live LCD screen. If I'd have know about the SLR 310 (I think it's the 310 with live LCD screen)I think that i would have purchased that instead.

    easy to use, fantastic quality, you get a lot for your money

    this is a great piece of equipment, having used SLR's before I found it very easy to use in manual mode as well as auto mode, compared to other cameras of similar price it has a lot of features, I prefere to take a good quality picture with the camera and not a mediocre picture with the camera then rely on photoshop or its equivalent to get a good picture, this camera allows me to do just that.

    An excellent piece of kit for the money.

    Having had a full size pro DSLR for several years due to arthritis in my hands needed to get a lighter DSLR. The Sony fits the bill perfectly and still takes excellent quality photo's, equally as good as my old Nikon D100. I would be happy to recommend this camera to anyone looking to start out with a DSLR or looking for something lighter and more manageable.

    Great!

    This is my first digital SLR camera and I cant fault it. very clear instrudtion manual and just gives you the chance to go out and have a go. It has no digital view finder mode but I like the idea of developing an eye for a picture and no HD video mode but again I bought this for its use as a Camera, its lovely ;)
