Worst eBay experience I’ve ever had. Seller is remarkably difficult to work with. He asked me to make an offer, but would not accept it until I offered full price. He packed my fragile items badly, wrapping the porcelain pieces in nothing but a little paper bag each, so two were broken in shipping. The wooden crèche had no protection, so it was also broken. Then, after no apology for his bad packaging, he wanted me to send back the unbroken pieces back to him in order to get a full refund.
