I’ve owned multiple of these items and know the terminology. They did offer a full refund to make it right , but ultimately I don’t have time for that and like I said I made it work and kept it.     This camera is not outstanding in low light but is a powerhouse in every other way. The versatility and trick shit that you can expand on literally in 360° with any or all options for mounting and recording It might even be Bullet time? This is better than my hero 12 Black To record every direction in 5G + video. This was the smartest most powerful action camera I'm glad To turn it loose on my family.
