I won an auction for a Romeo5 Predator Green Dot for $250.00 + shipping and the seller sent me a Romeo5 Red Dot in the box that sells for about $75.00. I contacted the seller about the issue and they refused to accept the item back and give a refund. I flied a claim with eBay. The seller said they contacted eBay and they don't have to give a refund. I filed a claim thru Pay Pal with w/ pics. Seller threatened me when he saw I filed claim. Pay Pal awarded the claim in my favor

This customer is a shameless thief, he never returned the item and I stole it. We have opened a case on eBay and we have filed a police report for theft. This is the eBay case 1-47795717981. This customer is a danger to honest sellers. this customer never return the item , this person open the return case and he closed after he keep the item

Sold as “New” when it clearly was “used.” I have been collecting XM Studios sculptures for the past 6 years and before I opened it I knew something was wrong because it was sealed with the XM Studios “tamper proof” security logo packing tape. Cyclops came with 2 portraits where one of them arrived with a break from the sculptured hair. I won’t bother with seeking compensation for everything that was wrong about this transaction, but it comes with a heavy price for the merchant’s reputation.
