    Bachmanns newest released J3a Hudsons.

    Bachmanns newest released J3a Hudsons are great runners as well as pullers. Have four of them and all also have great sound. Have easily pulled 16 smooth side Kato NYC passenger cars on level track with no driver slippage at all with just one of them, either starting out or while pulling the passenger car consist anywhere on my layout.

    Not worth the Money

    Nicely Detailed, looks real Proto typical. Des not pull very good up a 2.5% grade with 6 passenger cars. I can't believe Bachmann could produce such a beautiful loco without traction tires. After buying (2) Class J's N&W locos, I was really ready to buy the NYC Class J's. What a disappointment.
