The seller intentionally misrepresented the condition as brand new without tags. The actual bag was used. It had faded finish on the edges and corners all over. The metallic color rubbed off, interior lining shows marks from makeup or pencil consistent with use. Sales receipt was not included. When I asked the seller about the issue, the response was that this is the way this bag was when I bought it. But I myself never used it. So the seller knew about the defects, chose not to say anything!

The item was described accurately based on its condition when listed. The item was new. There was not any marks from makeup.
