Printer is new, with minor damage to packaging. Shipping was on time and free. The warranty, however, has already been activated six months ago, without registration, effectively reducing the warranty from 2 years to 6 months. This means the product is not strictly speaking NEW, but purchased-and-never-opened, materially altering the product value. This should have been included in the description, which instead contained the original mfg 2-year warranty boilerplate.

We were not informed of this issue. If we had we would have addressed it immediately. If by no other means, we would have replaced it with a new printer. Communication is key, we reply to all messages in minutes (within work hours of course) and work diligently to ensure the satisfaction of all our customers.

Item arrived as described, there was a fumble with shipping but we got it worked out. Good communication from the seller. The item itself is nice, the case has a magnetic closure, the base and brush head fit inside nicely although it took a bit snapping the brush head in. Everything feels lightweight and the brush head’s the best I’ve ever used. The start up and shutdown are awesome and it’s quieter than my previous Sonicare. Forget the app and avoid buying this in stores, price isn’t worth it.
