When we tried to get a resolution after alot of correspondance & sending photos w/ measurements clearly showing this item was made wrong/sized wrong, they still refused to help us. And, it took almost a month to get the part because they didn't have the original item we ordered in stock after we paid for it. We ordered black and had to get chrome. Terrible to deal with. We contacted your shop right away and advised we didn't have black in stock that if chrome would be ok & waited for you to speak with your customer & then we shipped it out once you replied ok to chrome.
