      We purchased and installed our first two cameras about two years ago so we review with some knowledge about Reolink cameras and customer support. Reolink Company takes pride in their equipment and stands ready to assist when questions arise and seems to keep updating them. We had some small questions in the beginning and Reolink was on top of it almost immediately to assist us and was very professional and prompt. So no complaint there and the alarm when on, alerts loud and clear. We only use it when we are gone more than a day. Since buying and installing the first two cameras about two years ago Feb 2020 we purchased a third on May 2022 to cover another area of our back yard. I needed to delete a lot of Videos on the 64G cards and sent a message about deleting and next morning we ...
