    Great product once you figure out how to set it up

    Fortunately WD has a great support staff which after some time has talked me through the setup process. There is one small problem we are working on, but I am confident they will get me through it all. thanks, bob PS: this is the second WD product I have purchased: I also have a MY Book Essential which I had no difficulty setting up by myself and had been using for many years without a single problem and never had to call support. I just felt it was time to upgrade.

    Great Little Drive

    Have been using one of these drives for a couple years as a "traveling" laptop backup drive. It has been trouble free, rugged and reliable. For that reason, I bought 4 more to build a home "backup" drive bank. These 4 new drives are performing like the older one so far. Very satisfied with their speed and quiet operation too. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.
