    Wonderfully written and gives insight into an important historical event.

    This has got to be one of the best fiction books I've ever read yet it was based on actual WWII events. It has you on the edge wondering what will happen next. The only downside was it was too short. Excellent writing draws you in as though you are actually there.

    Excellent!

    Excellent story about the siege of Leningrad. Unbelievably it has a lot of humor in it while telling of the horrors of the siege. It is a quick read but one which will hold you to it until the end.
