A hard-learned note for anyone that has not messed with Cisco too much, be careful with full factory resets as it wipes the OS and you will need to create a Cisco account and find the right OS to download.

Came with the software config that it would ignore all config files so that was a fun bit of diagnosing to get the switch to remember any settings or preferences, not sure if that was the sellers doing or the previous company but it caused a lot of frustration initially. But overall a good deal and worked! Wish it came with its SFP module.
