However, these towels were bundled and tied professionally from the manufacturer and when I untied the bundle to look at them, there were snags/tears on two of the towels. There's no way the seller could have known that. This seller immediately went out of their way to help me return them for a refund and answered all of my questions. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.
