    Purchased the items, seller messaged me saying that the items are banned from being shipped to my country but offers another shipping method to get the items through. In exchange, they want another €48 through PayPal friends and family (correct me if I’m wrong but that’s prohibited on the platform). Item is still unable to make it through customs so I request a refund for both my eBay AND PayPal money sent. Refuses to send my full amount of PAYPAL money back. Seller should do their research
