    it works OK sometimes, but not that great for the money that you paid for it! It shouldn't work like that all all. It has no volume button so that you can raise the volume when you are on the computer. their is a button so that you the volume when you are on the phone but it don't work at all.

    I really like the features and the integration with Jabber. The headset is lightweight but, it's almost too lightweight. (feels a little cheaper than the logitech i've used in the past). Aside from not knowing yet how long it will stand up I am happy with it.

    Wish I had gotten one much sooner. Having a soft cushion on both ears is great - and the sound works well on both ends. Movable boom mike is very nice - as well as the controls on the cord!
