    Purchased item on 1/21. No message or shipment for weeks. Messaged seller and they responded that there was an issue and they would send the item for free if I just paid the shipping. I said no need, and asked to just ship the item. Tracking number was provided on 2/14. Messaged the seller again after a week because tracking showed the item hadn’t actually shipped. No response. Had to ask eBay to intervene on Feb 28 to get a refund. Lack of communication was the most frustrating part.
