When the replacement from Willms Appliance spares turned up and I installed it into the machine which was giving issues the new replacement drive worked straight out the box with improved performance over the latter. I’m very happy with this product and service and would highly recommend it to anyone with a similar dyson model experiencing problems with their current vacuum .
