    Ordered and paid for a Dualit Classic kettle and toaster set, seller sent a Dualit Architect kettle and toaster considerably cheaper. Contacted seller asking for them to refund my money and arrange collection no reply, then had to ask if they had received my request still no reply. Then went through eBay which then prompted a response from the seller. Needless to say I will not be dealing with this seller again. Plus they added over £100 to the original price I paid initially.
