The item was ordered on June 5 and although tracking was available on the same day it was not taken to the post office until 12 June, 7 days later. If you are ordering a salt cell for a swimming pool that generally means that yours went out and the product is needed immediately. Taking seven days to deliver to the post office is not acceptable.
