Reached out to the seller about the issue was they provided a partial refund for a replacement LED for the unit. Over all great seller who provided service after the sale support! I would do more business with this fine company given the chance as they stood by the hardware they sold given it was not received as fully operational.

The charger described in the listing wasn't in the box when my order arrived. I contacted the seller, got a quick response and the charger was sent out to me at no extra charge.
