    Remote does not work

    My remote on the Amazon Fire Stick HD 2024 release New Model is not working, when I push the power button the red light at the top does not come on. I have changed the batterie and the red light still does not come on. I need a replacement for the remote, or instruct me on what I need to do!

    Fire TV Stick Lite

    Easy to setup. Once you have the unit plugged into your HDMI port and everything hooked up and ready to go just take the remote and hold down the home button for 10 seconds you will then see prompts on your screen to sign in. Just follow the prompts and you will be all set. Great Product!
