Shipping took longer than expected through no fault of the seller (postal service issues), but I was kept informed of the status and the seller even promised to send out four more if they didn't show up. They eventually arrived safely though. Great seller. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Was concerned with the packaging on arrival. It was packed just in a envelope. Instead of a box. But it was adequately packed in a slim box also separately divided by tube in the box also marked fragile. So don't be concerned about how it is packed. They do a good job getting it out safely. Will definitely buy more tubes again!

The tube went from Serbia to the US in only 6days but sat in Customs for a while and dragged along with the USPS for a while longer. So it took about 4 weeks to get to me but that's not the seller's fault. Tube arrived in exactly as described and good condition. Would buy from this seller again.
