    While the item was very well packed inside, it was then placed for delivery into a soft FedEx packaging (not a box), the pallete arrived broken. And the bottom part of a highlighter is falling out. Very frustrating for somewhat 200 USD purchase. Photos attached. I was disappointed as it was a long-awaited gift for my wife and we opened it on our anniversary.
