They have a clear coat that makes them glossy which is what you are describing. I'm not sure why an assumption warrants neutral feedback, but thanks for your input.

The game plays great and I couldn't be more thrilled. Oh, and the cart was placed in a very nice transparent presentation box -- an extra you don't often see. Nice touch!
