        This is a first. Never before have I ordered through eBay a “new” item and received obviously used. The item is a auto test tool for fuel pressure. Opening the plastic tool box I was hit by the strong smell of gasoline. The parts list was wrinkled and stained, the plastic box was scratched. Definitely used, not “new”. I’m gambling the tool items in the box will function properly so I will not pursue this further, but, if I was eBay I’d revoke this sellers account.
