They let me keep that one and sent me a new one for $20 shipping. That clutch also has some marks from another puller tool. Wasnt as bad so i will just deal with it. All in all you can tell it was a $100 clutch. So far it works but i dont expect it to last too long. Time will tell. I plan to pack a spare clutch on any trip. The communication was good. Decent company to deal with just low quality parts
