    Transformers combiner wars Prowl

    This version of Prowl is pretty durable. It is just as good as any of the combiner wars toys. It transforms pretty eaisily. Prowl is a Lamborghini in this version. It can be a foot or arm for your combiner. It has a good detailed head & a good paint job. Prowl is a police car as usual & is about 5-6in. A pretty good version.

    Still solid despite retool

    Combiner Wars Prowl is a heavy retool of the Combiner Wars Stunticon Dead End. Now despite that, Prowl carries a much more formidable shotgun accessory and retooled (and better looking) chest plate. His vehicle mode has also been modified to have the roof lights/sirens, so it's unmistakably a Police Interceptor that Prowl traditionally is. However he still has the lousy swinging peg/fist hinge on his leg that pops off very easily, and his legs do not want to stay together when Prowl is a Combiner Arm. But overall Prowl is a solid addition. He has many points of articulation, only missing feet articulation as his are 'fused'. So don't be mistaken; even if you already have Dead End (or even Brake Neck), there's enough changes on Prowl to warrant picking him up.

    A nice update to the classic character

    A nice new take on the G1 version of the character, much better than the Universe figure from several years ago. Unfortunately being a retool means he lacks some of Prowl's signature design characteristics, such as the car-bumper chest (which is simulated with fake parts), wing-doors and back mounted missiles. However he's retooled form arguably one of the best Combiner Wars molds. For those who don't care for the combiner gimmick it an be easily ignored. Overall a solid figure.

    Great figure, but hard to open the packaging.

    I love the figure and the comic book, but I wish the packing was easier to open because I cut myself on the plastic trying to open it. Besides that one nitpick, the figure was excellent and shipping speed was superb.
