I ordered the laptop and it was sent really well protected and packaged. It arrived so quickly as I ordered it on the 31st and got it on the 2nd! . The laptop was exactly as described ..unopened brand new and I went on to the Lenovo site and registered and extended the warranty etc so there was no issues at all everything was perfect!
