Was slightly disappointed that as part of the refurb an LCD screen was installed instead of OLED. However appreciate this is not unusual for a refurb and would expect to pay a lot more for a genuine screen. The third party screen appears to be of decent quality. I think it’s still great value and would definitely recommend this seller.

Received £15 partial refund, had option of returning but too much hassle - they did offer this though, to be clear. Think they need to review their phone grading services or take better care when grading as this was not hard to miss.
