They weren't the same brand, they were not in original packaging (there was NO packaging, the seller literally sent them to me rattling around in a JUNIOR MINTS CANDY BOX!), they are clearly NOT in new condition! I don't have my AI apu and matching gpu set up yet, so i haven't tested them to see if they even work, but this seller is JOKE and i'm very disappointed.
