        This radio doesn’t power up and condition is fair at best. Seller states at works fine when it left. Beware of this seller he’s not telling the truth.

        I politely offered a refund TWICE, buyer refused to return radio, due to "all the aggravation". Buyer made no effort whatsoever to work things out. Something very fishy going on with frank, here. This is a RED FLAG e bayer. I will add him to my blocked bidders list, i recommend doing likewise. A very unreasonable e bayer. Needs help. Have you been hacked, maybe?
