      In my 20 years on eBay, this has been by far the worst transaction I have ever dealt with. Paid 9/11, seller shipped a week later. Didnt recv until the 21st. Then when I got it, it was severely damaged. I contacted the seller & they file insurance claim with UPS & tried to keep the original payment & insurance money. I was told rebuild it with $100 refund. If I wanted to build a PC, I would have did just that. CPU reeked of cigarette smoke when the fans ran. Had a inch of tar caked on the case.

      Buyer wanted a 50% refund ($250 of $500 price) for a case and a single fan liquid cooler that they claimed was leaking and making the computer unusable. even though they had applications installed on the computer showing that they did indeed use the computer. I offered $100 refund to cover the cost of a similar quality case and a different cooler and they denied it. I also cannot control how long it takes for UPS to scan in/deliver items.

      Had to get eBay involved to get refund. Yeah, the cooler was leaking. I took it apart & fixed it. That's what someone wants to do, buy a $500 PC & make repairs to it. Waited til last minute to ship & last minute to issue refund. Went over a month without PC because of this. Buyers beware, I would buy elsewhere. Of Course, I installed apps & tried to use it, I needed a PC?? So bent it wouldn't sit flush on the desk and had an awful cig smell. Smelled like it had been sitting in a Marlboro factory
