Claims it's all my fault since I didn't pay for faster shipping... yet they didn't even offer a faster service at checkout. Card is now 6 days late and tracking is showing no progress for days now, so I asked for it to just be refunded, but they instead exploded with outlandish insults like I'm being unreasonable. Truly awful experience all around.
