When I reached out to the seller requesting a partial refund, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response: “Good luck sending it back since you shipped it overseas.” This response was not only unhelpful but also offensive. As a buyer, I expect honesty in listings and fairness in resolving issues. They were clearly overseas from the address, And used a backdoor way to even get it delivered to them instead of the EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. (Which is against ebay's user agreement). So they tried to strongarm me, I said no, they gave bad feedback.
