      Mostly great

      I have been an HRB customer for over twenty years and have only had one issue in that time. It was apparently some sort of software glitch about three or four years ago, preventing me from e-filing due to some obscure something (I do have 14 rental properties). I had to print out 75 pages and mail the return after several contacts with HRB. One sweet representative finally said ---"this is not an IRS problem". The next year, all was okay. I am crossing my fingers that all will go through this year. They provide an economical software that's easy to navigate, so, HRB, are you listening? I am relying on you!!

      Year to Year go to product

      I have used this product for several years so I understand how it works. It makes my year to year tax transfer easy and therefore gets me going quickly. Mac software sometimes requires assistance from customer service but getting help has been relatively easy.

      I expected a disc version. The product was dis-appointing because the font was too small to read. Could not even find fix online! Can't judge the tax software. But in general, the download crude and so far it's hard to navigate.
