After I took the product out from the shipping wrapper, I noticed the product box was in horrible condition, especially since the product was bought “new”. It appears the box had been opened and looked liked something no one buy at any store. I bought this for my dad for Father’s Day. I am ashamed to give him this. We’ve never opened it and it had not been used to our knowledge. You could have easily contacted us to resolve the issue. The box was as shown on the pictures. The condition of the tens inside the box should have been new. I learned about it from reading the review.
