They offer to replace it with a new one so we choose that option. It took a bit of time but in the end everything worked out. I recommend the seller for being willing to refund and for fast shipping. Only complaint - Obviously they never plugged it in to see if it worked.

Product is unused and came with the battery exactly as described! Battery is even fully Charged and the drill still had the original Product tag on it! Very well packaged. Nice and tightly wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed in a new box with extra padding inside. I would buy from this person again without any hesitation!

The game was packed in a paper envelope, inside of a paper envelope. There was no plastic to protect the game from the elements. My game came working , but the weather was good when it shipped.
