    Seller claims they could not ship the items - the 30lbs box of laptops was supposedly "lost" and they would review their CCTV to see where it went - such nonsense, this seller has individual screws for sale, the idea that a large box of laptops would disappear from their inventory is insulting. Promised to contact me by Monday but of course they did not. I won this auction fair and square but seller would rather make insulting claims and promises rather than honor the terms of the auction.
