Fortunate purse wasn’t damaged in shipment. For a $200+ purchase, at minimum, include enough interior packaging where the top of the box doesn’t flex. Purse was nice for the price, but I was expecting the strap and other components to be covered in protective wrap like the picture. Mine had zero protection.
