    The dress itself was beautiful & packaged beautifully. It was as described and was a great value. I was specifically looking for this dress which was a previous season dress so it was hard to find & I was excited to find it. My problem came in with communication & shipping. My 1st question concerning sizing on 12/20 went unanswered. Seller confirmed payment on 12/29 but did not ship until 1/4. It arrived on 1/14, 3 days before my event. Great item, but order early to ensure delivery.

    Thanks for your feedback. We apologise that our communication wasnt great during the Christmas period. Our items can take up to 15 days to get shipped AS STATED IN EVERY SINGLE LISTING of ours. Taking that into consideration and that was New Years we think we actually did pretty good in shipping a few days. You never mention you had an event and you did no offer to pay extra for express either…anyhow, good that you love the dress.
