Item description was open box but looks like used &some noise coming out when you shake the phone. You had buyer's remorse, then filed a complaint with ebay lying about the front camera not working, by default they judge in your favor and then you never returned the phone, instead keeping it, that's why you didn't end up with a refund. ebay rep also told me over the phone that if you return it, to make a video showing it works and then you end up with a strike for false claims and I mail the phone back to you, either way no refund =) enjoy
