      One of the best designed Apple products

      It all starts with quality..this thing is solid. Even the hard drive trays are solid metal. The machine is very simple to operate, yet amazingly upgradable. Nicknamed it “The Beast”, because it really is. Also super quiet. Didn’t even upgrade anything yet and it’s fast as hell. If you can get your hands on one I’d recommend it.

      This is the computer I need. Just need to get my hard drives in it.

      I love the computer, but I can not get the hard drives out of my old G5 computer to slide in. It is not lining up for some reason. They look the same but will not go all the way in. Please help me to solve this problem.

      Good Old Mac Pro5,1

      These old Macs are easily upgraded. I had a few minor issues with the unit. I did expect some of that. The front fan that also holds or secures the PCLe cards was messed up. No biggie to fix. The GPU card only sent video out of DVI port (display port not working) No biggie again as I planed to upgrade the GPU. So, unit was a good deal overall and I am happy with it,

      So far so good

      Still setting up for recording studio, a lot of drivers and peripheral equipment to install. Already began upgrade process. Design makes it easy so far. Looking forward to seeing the end results. Time will tell.
