I’m sorry this happened. If you look at the listing photo of the bottle of perfume and the photo you sent me there’s a small difference. But, the look of that box looks completely soaked and in that case there would be nothing left. If you go to the fresh website it doesn’t come with a cap. I tried to make sure it’s received intact. On the photos there isn’t a cap. You never asked for any refund or discount. Other sellers beware.
