    HJC CL-17 Review

    I’ve had the helmet on now 2x for 2.5-3hrs each ride. Super comfortable helmet. Unlike other reviews I do feel it fits exact and wish I would have went with the small not the medium. (Med fits just a touch loose) Other reviewers said they fit small.. I did not find this to be true. The shields are crazy easy to change out and I have the gold and the chrome. My first ride I did not wear ear plugs just to text it out in town and at highway speeds. It was great in town, but really loud at highway speeds. The second time I used my “EarPeace” brand plugs and it helped considerably. Made it very hard to hear stock SG speakers though even at max volume. The helmet is completely worth the money, looks amazing, fit is true to size, and I’d recommend this helmet for the value.

    Comfortable fit with great features

    HJC helmets consistently deliver on quality and fit. I've used HJC helmets for 10 years and have been very pleased with their products. This is the first full face helmet for me in over 25 years and I haven't experienced any claustrophobia when using it. Field of vision is good and it is very comfortable. This is a great value for your riding needs.

    This helmet is everything I was hoping it was gonna be. After months of watching and looking at this helmet and the size I needed became available and even better a a GREAT price. After following and double checking the helmet chart for my size it is a perfect fit and very good quality.... I say if you want it order it.... it's well worth the money

    Solid product for the big boys

    Helmet selection for a larger noggin is not easy. But HJC makes a solid product that is comfortable to wear. I couldn't pass up the cool design on this one as the color scheme matched my bike. Very happy with confidence in the product!

    Worth 3 times the money!

    HJC ONLY builds helmets. When putting this on it becomes a part of you head. Thick padding, it doesn't move around on your head, and is very aerodynamic. We tried the $30 modular helmet that flip up, have the sun visor in them, and are easy to put on. When you see the video of the golf club smashing thru the chin section of a cheap helmet, they went into the trash. Also HJC sticks with the original 2 D rings to hold it on not some flimsy quick disconnect. If you ever lay it down, as I have, the first thing to hit is your face and I want mine to remain the same. Note- after my crash with FULL protection- I got up, got back on, and rode away. PLEASE wear an HJC and full gear for you AND your passenger! Thank you
