    Greta bang for your buck

    I needed a stock type microphone for my old Radio shack Cb radio. I have had good luck with the DM-507 on my other radios with 4 pin cobra style and 5 pin cobra style so figured if they work good on those I will get on the RadioShack/realistic. and yes it works great

    hot mic

    this mic is recommended for the realistic Navajo 457. the radio does not have external mic gain control. Mic gain has to be tuned from the inside of the radio. VR6 get someone you trust to give you audio feed back as you adjust vr6.

    Ok for the price

    These are good microphones for what they cost, the weak point is the cord. They won’t take much heavy use. Their flimsy and the wires in side are tiny and pull apart very easily
