If you took a barrel of angry black beetles, ground them up, and concentrated that smell 1000X -- that's what this smells like. Ugh! I cut off a piece, tried washing it with soap and water, but no help. I put my roll outside by the A/C heat exchanger so it can slow bake and blow away the stink. A week later it's still very stinky (but *maybe* slowly improving). I hope being near this wire doesn't give me cancer and die. GLHF.
