I read the reviews about the instructions not being great, which they aren’t, but it’s really easy to install, and can be done in less than 30 minutes. Arrives in excellent condition. Good value for what it is. Advice: when installing, don’t use the top hole on the fender piece, use the one that’s closer to the edge. It keeps the hood at almost a 90 degree angle, which makes it much easier to work on your car. I put it on a 1972 Spitfire.

Also, I noticed that the 7/16” is supposed to be a 1/2” for the socket (although I think that was the instructions for the boot prop kit). Good bang for your buck even though I have only installed the boot so far. I’ll bore out the bonnet holes and make it fit haha
